One question regarding VIP clubs at Stars.
Currently I'm a bronze star (basic level). Let's say I reach 1500 VPPs in the middle of this month, do I get promoted to Silver right away or do I have to wait until end of the month?

You get promoted right away and are silverstar till the end of next month.
