It seems there was a problem concerning the VIP store credits on mansion, however, they fixed it and you can still use your old vip points to buy stuff but you can't earn new points since there is a new promotion on mansion (rakeback, check news)
(I'm not the master in german either so don't shoot me if I'm wrong 
)
