Folding flop feels to weak vs 1/2bet. Is call turn ok? some Ax barrels, turned flushdraws ec.

Is river raise too ambitious to try to fold out his valuehands AA-KK,AQ basically (not sure if KQ here). He also seem to be on the tigher side preflop so I excluded some 22-55 from his range(although I expect him to bet them bigger usually)
