UTG some fish, 38/19/0 only 20 hands though
BU pretty good TAG reg, 25/22/10, 4b+ ratio:4, fold to 4b:10/11

wasnt sure whether is should 3b the fish here, or just call vs his UTG open...

Hi Zumpar,

Preflop: Unless you expect a ton of squeezing to happen behind I'd just 3-bet the fish for pure value (and to isolate him for ourselves).

Your hand looks in weak in the eyes of a "good tag" because you would 3-bet (or should 3-bet) and extended value range.

As played I like our 4-bet because we don't rep a ton so BTN may go light here.
