Hi Staselu,

Preflop: Since we are 120 BB deep I would 4-bet slightly larger there to 24 BBs or so.

Once he 5-bets we can consider that as a shove because he is committed with his entire range (or should be) so we fold.

He doesn't fold to 4-bets at all, so I'd recommend you to add only strong hands to your 4-bet range and rather flat call these hands pre.
