I think betting the turn is ok.

On the river? I think betting again vs. a player with 64bb is ok. Size?
If the guy was 100bb (more likely to be regular) deep do you bet the river or just ch/f?

Hey,

I like check/shoving turn against such a stack. If he floated he will usually bet here. I would not bet that small against him though.. your goal is to stack him asap so I would bet about 1.80 on flop and then around 4.50 on turn if you bet, easy river shove. I can't see a reason to not bet all his stack by the river if you are going for value so your sizings are way off here.
