Don't think we should fold AQ here. His raising range is largely weighted towards flush draws and maybe some straight draws and AQ is at the upper end of our range.

He's a 53/14, not a 53/5. So I think the likelihood of him being bad/aggro is significantly higher, as compared to being ultra-passive. Given the number of possible draws on the Flop, and his overall looseness, I won't be surprised to see him overplay AT/AXs here sometimes, and also club draws/QT. I won't fold here.

I think River is a very clear cut bet/fold. QT and KJ are the most obvious hands which improved and I don't ever think he will ever bluff raise here.

If your question is whether we should 3barrel and also about the sizing, I think we should bet a lot larger on the Turn to fold out more weak hands like 9X and 7X and maybe some gutshot floats. On the River I agree with the half pot bet sizing to ensure that JX calls us a lot more often.

With 2nd pair Top kicker here, I know that I can only go for 2 streets of value at the very most.

I like the option of putting in those 2 bets on the Turn and River. In this way, we keep villain's range as wide as possible.

I think raising Flop is great too, but we should call the Turn especially on such a bad card (improves T8 and KT). I would also call on a blank for pot control for reasons mentioned in the previous paragraph.

River is a blank which doesn't change anything, we are really committed here but I expect to lose really often, yet we can't fold.

Not much to say here. The turn doesn't really bring any new combo draws, and in these spots at NL100 or lower we should usually fold unless our opponent proves otherwise (that he's capable of raising the Turn light).

Otherwise it's a standard bet/fold with one pair or worse.
