First of all: do you limp in a situation like this?
What about the turn and river?

it's nice limp against some opponents but you have to fold >80% on flop..

I wouldn't 3bet turn because he showed a lot of strength with flop call / turn raise..
Better question is: donk bet river or not? ciRith? ;)

for me this is a fold preflop
turn is ok, and river is just c/c because after his cap you are most likely behind

As a rule you should either raise or fold in the SB (calling is possible with hands that play well in multiway pot but which are to weak to raise).
So this here is a fold preflop.
The turn 3-bet is good he can raise a lot weaker hands as well as just a flushdraw or a free showdown raise and you can prevent that very well by 3-betting here.
The river should be just check/called as a cap often has you beat.
