I won't be playing many of them myself but I will be playing the Zoom tournament tonight, I believe it's Event 4!

So, I have a question about Event #1.
It seems that the maximum entrants is 100,000. Which at $0.10 each generates only a $10,000 prize pool. But the guarantee is $15000. So even with the +.01, PokerStars is basically adding $4000 minimum.
Am I understanding that right?

It s rebuy + add on tournament,so +$$$ in prize pool....
The winner of the past MM event #1 took home over 7k$, so your assumption is definitely wrong. The prize pool should go into the 30-40k range.
Meanwhile, good luck to any Pokerstrategists participating in the series! I will join in on the fun (undoubtedly) and hope to make this a profitable one.
Ahh, that makes sense. I was blindly looking at only the guarantee and main buyin. With the low priced rebuy and addons, it'll get high for sure.
Does anyone know what the field size is like for the Zoom tourney starting in 2 hours? Don't have access to client atm
