Hi.

I don't like betting the Turn, unless you want to turn your hand into a 3barrel bluff. Basically you don't fold out any better hands and worse hands are usually folding so your bet serves no true purpose.

I would c/f by default. Maybe c/c if he has a low Fold to F cbet % and is known for floating very wide ranges on the Flop with stuff like Ace high or KQ KT Th9h etc.
