UTG ($1.96)
UTG+1 ($2.06)

Dealt to Hero 5♠ T♦ T♠ 2♦

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to $0.04, fold, Hero calls $0.02

FLOP ($0.09) T♣ 3♥ K♠

Hero checks, BTN bets $0.09, Hero raises to $0.34, BTN calls $0.25

TURN ($0.77) T♣ 3♥ K♠ K♥

Hero bets $0.40, BTN raises to $1.94, Hero calls $1.22 (AI)

is this hand ok to play pre for 1 bb or is it too bad ? As played, do i check/raise on the flop ? When the king hits on the turn i think i may be ahead in a lot of situations, since some players could raise with trips.

opinions ?

I would fold PF!

As played I think check/raising is ok.

OTT I would prefer to check/raise than bet/call.

I like a turn checkraise as well. The only hand you're losing to is K3 and villain will bluff if you let him in these spots. Never folding to a turn shove as villain will have AK/KQ a lot here also. I would expect villain to 3 bet the flop with KT so like I said K3 is the only thing you're losing to on the turn.

Actually on PLO2* I haven't seen a single villain that would 3-bet flop with hand like KT, and there are only a few player that would 3-bet here with a draw. So I think that we can still put him on KT, but it should be unlikely. Ofc, I'd be more afraid of K3 here as these guys rarely have any idea of their hand strength.

In Nl K10 is a lot less vulnerable to draws
