When utg 4-bets and bu pushes all in i feel pretty confident that i am ahead, so i wanna get it in, right ?
It's just bad you have only 1 FD here, but you could calculate your odds against villains, if they both had like AA (Y)
The main problem here is that a 3 way shove you have a neutral EV hand.

But you're going to be a dog in the sidepot to an overpair I would imagine. You have 40% if they both have aces. It's close, if you like to gamble this is a fine spot as it's really hard for you to be in bad shape, but there isn't much money to be made from shoving either. I would say the whole scenario is around neutral EV whatever you choose.
Obviously not folding if double suited.
