I'm not too aggro to be honest. But I do bluff and sometimes do it wrongly and i make hero calls too often.

I'm not good at dealing with weird plays (eg. min bet/ min raises) I think i spew off extra money to these people once in a while.

Played my first session since creating this blog! Ran AK into AA but then won a massive flip with AK vs QQ. No big mistakes but i was only a short session of 450 hands ( I played earlier today so I'm going to take a break now and watch pleno1's recorded coaching. He is so awesome ) And I tried playing tiled instead of cascade I really like it more, no random misclicks when windows suddenly popup.

So.. +$7.43 since creating this blog. Looking forward to fishing in the weekend (:

Finally another update, my account has been locked for 4 days for security reasons (??) So I'm glad to get my account back.

Last few days are really great, ran really well. No tilt and feeling good about most of my play.

This is the reason why my WTSD is so high and river decisions are so difficult at these stakes at pacific. Very often two pair or trips are best in this spot but generally it's difficult to call such a large bet when a draw completes. Not too happy with the flop bet sizing though. I realised after getting coolered/sucked out several times last week I've become more timid with my strong hands, betting smaller than I should. I'm going to fix this in the next session.

Another seemingly tricky spot. I plan to c/c river because A is such a good card to bluff on but I didn't expect him to shove. I don't think Ax will float 2 streets here and sets/trips would very likely raise my small bet on the turn (or not?). A full house would probably not shove river if he didn't expect me to call so light. So my conclusion is that he had a missed draw or some random bluff.

Sometimes I feel like I'm outplaying myself at these stakes. There were spots where I could have raise bluff profitably (like on a paired board) but didn't because I'm afraid I don't rep anything. But what pleno1 said in last week's coaching is right, at microstakes fishes and even regs don't care what you represent, they just look at what they have.

What I've noticed from pleno's coaching was that he squeezed very often and very comfortably despite playing vs unknowns. Before watching his coaching I've never thought of squeezing being so profitable especially at micros. But actually, squeezing is very profitable at where I play because there are so many cold callers and loose raisers. And by just squeezing at the right spots I can add a few bb/100 to my WR easily because it is so profitable. I'm a little bit afraid of implementing it into my play at the moment though because I'm not comfortable playing marginal hands in 3bet pots postflop vs unpredictable fishes. But it seems like squeezing is the best thing I can add into my skill set right now.

And.. no luck in micromillions so far, these big mtts are so hard to cash let alone reach the final table ♠_frown:

really bad today so far. coolered, sucked out, coolered. Mostly in tourneys though(but still shit). But had a fish call my 3bet with KJ and flopped a gutshot. He shoved and rivered a straight >.< Why must this always happen after I have a big session

I'm pretty shiote at mtts though I think(right now, it just doesn't feel as exciting as cash, so I screw up after awhile) Maybe I should just stay away from them.

How much are you down so far?

Not too much. But I was up somewhere between 2 to 3 BIs today, so it's a little bit frustrating.

Was down 2 and a half BIs my last 400 hands. Not dealt AA at all (quite frustrating when you see other ppl's KK and AA getting paid by fish stacking off top pair/mid pair repeatedly)

There was an insanely loose fish. (50+ PFR) I could profitably 3bet hands like KQ for value. But I missed way toooooo often today. He ended up stacking off 140 bbs with 55 I think on a board with 2 overcards vs someone's AA or KK and then left.

Took a shot at NL20, looks fine so far. The quality of play is more or less the same as NL10 from what I saw. Played a short 200 hand session 2 tabling and ran quite okay so maybe I won't have to move back down ♦

2) why do you limp behind? turn is actually quite close on a limped pot with only J flush, but there are some even worse flushes and 87 so it's ok i guess.

MP has been raising alot (lots of trash) but suddenly decided to limp so I thought of seeing a cheap flop, try to get straight or flush and get paid of. He indeed had a decent PF hand (A9o is much stronger than whatever hand he tried to raise) Unorthodox but I felt it was right at that moment.

They do accept Singaporeans. I've seen quite a number of singaporeans on 888.

And yes there are many fishes. And the regs aren't too good either (at least in low limits)

Bad mistake on my part to shove the lower end of my straight on a paired board vs a deep stack. But after this hand he said he folded QT because he was adamant that I had 89 99 or 88. I told him I had a straight but he didn't believe me. I doubt he really has QT too that would be such a nitty fold.
