not responding

What exactly is the problem? Can you load PokerStars, are you stuck in game? Can you provide some screen shots or links to screen shots as you are a basic member.

after i did a poker stars update,whenever i wanted to log in,when i hit the enter button,
i received ( not responding)
poker stars support can not find a solution.i have uninstalled and downloaded
new pokerstars.com downloads,,,,no success,hope you can help

Unfortunately I am not a whiz with these situations. I am surprised PokerStars support cannot assist you with this. They will certainly know more about this than I do.

Maybe a kind member has had previous experiences with this and can help.
