NL50 - Mehhhhh damn close

Hi,

What to do v unknown fish on the turn? JJ without diamond I would fold but this is close. I get a good price and sometimes he bets top pair + diamond like this maybe?

Don't rly know.. . CLOSE

On the river I was planning to fold v shove but couldn't fold now.

Hallo,

River is a fold imo. I think turn is a fold as well. The bet small/call then check/minraise is sign of huge strength and you probably have like 3 outs on average, if not just the 2 jacks. I go by the assumption that an unknown doesn't bluff enough for me to consider making close calls. When he is even a bit unknown you can change your decision ofc but a truly unknown at NL50 will be too passive to make light call downs. You need to be good against his whole range, not just 1% of the time when you found that one unknown thats spazzing out.
