Yah, I would check/fold this flop once all you have are backdoor str8's and a backdoor flush and only 1 out to the nuts. Also, you are in a 3-way pot (worse than HU) and the villains will hit something most of the time, some draws or at least a K or a 9 (which don't fold to the cbet).
You have no piece of this flop and are too deep still. Check/folding is an okay option as villain wont really bluff that often here since the flop is 3 ways. Both players "know" you have aces but they don't know what each other has so they can't really raise you off lightly.
