Is there a hand evaluation coaching for SnG's/tourneys?

Preflop i call a Button raise first in with A8s to see a flop, i already that its a Huge Leak in my game, that i have to fold ore raise against a button first in raise.
But on the flop i have TopPair Medium/bad kicker and the nut flush draw. Can i go broke on this flop ore do i have to call 4bet evaluate turn ore, fold against the 4 bet.

I had a read that villain would be very weak(calling many raises) and calling down weak aces
Betting river would have made me committed. so no bet/fold
