The thing is if SB has something like 9876ds he is actually ahead of you in equities. But if he has QJT9 you are 60% favorite. I think that against SB's range you are a slight favorite, and his range is a lot more than premium ace cracking hands. But if you shove preflop, you are a small underdog to main pot, and small favorite for the side pot.

I would call and see what happens on the flop. You will have a lot of situations where BTN cbets, SB folds and you can raise BTN off from a split.

Do a min 4 bet. Still doesn't commit you to the pot and BTN might 5 bet spew thinking you would never do that with aces. He might think you're trying to feel him out whether he has aces or not.

Isn't it quite obvious that BTN has premium aces? I mean this is his 2nd 3bet in 400 hands?

If we min4bet, and he 5bets, do we fold? Isn't that just wasting the money as he has aces 99% of time and he 5bets? Or are we always getting it in here, even as we are pretty sure we have the worst equity?

What you want is to get the money in from a potential sidepot preflop, and if SB does fold then the money already put in to the pot means shoving against another aces is +EV (due to the $7.50 you and SB have already put in the pot).

I don't think villain needs premium aces here, on the button with at least single suited aces is probably enough for him. He is probably a player that never 3 bets from anywhere other than the button and only with aces.

For me it is always no brainer stackoff. Had you been IP, u could have called. But I don't think calling oop with AAss is profitable.
