I like your play here. There's only one hand that beats you on the turn but a check / raise as played does a nice job of trapping UTG into some weak draw calls. With a blank on the river I also would have 3bet and called as QJ is the only hand that beats you (unless he called preflop with AA) and I doubt he would raise you with QJ on the flop.

mh i guess i would 3-bet the flop right away. you basically have the nuts and BU + UTG seem to like their hands so why not let them pay for the next card ? they won´t be able to put you on a monster and call or even cap you very light.
turn then is bet/3-bet for me. i think i would even donk if somebody caps the flop.
i like the river. you are only beaten by AA and QJ and both hands don´t make sence after the turn.
