Villain is 60/30/11 over 100 hands... Af 1,5, no special reads... Should i just trust the fish in spots like this that he has a fh, and not a busted draw?

Sometimes the fish donk a flush draw but they definitely wouldn't donk a flopped 1 pair. Fish then improves to 2 pair on the turn and calls your bet before spiking the 4 outer on the river. Folding is fine, though you could also bet $7.50 and fold to a raise since fish are unlikely to realise it's a blocking bet.
