I raise bigger on the flop to 450 and jam turn.

You played nice pre-flop,I think you should make a bigger raise at the flop,about 400-450. You gave him very good odds to call you, with a draw like OESD or even with his K9o.
Also if you had raised bigger at the flop, it would be easier for you to move all-in at the turn and take his chips.
I find the raise on the turn good, Maybe you could also move All-in.
You was unlucky on the river, any other time you play him, you can take his money his money.

On your limits try to extract value on flop/turn where players call with any hit + decent draw or even overcards!
