hi, i ussually 3beting guys with high vpip , pr and fold to 3bet chance. also im not 3beting much players that are aggressive and will play back at me with a 4bet.
my question is up to which stack size u can 3bet steal profitably? i ussually not 3betting steal when my stack is <27bb unless im pretty confident and know well the oppenent.- if im short and have less than 18bb im just shoving to steal. but is it profitable with a stack size of 26bb to 3bet/fold?

It very much depends on your opponent. Generally speaking it could be still very profitable, as long as your opponent plays as described. However, since your sample size will most often not be sufficient to be sure of your reads you should be a bit tighter, 3bet for value more often while 3betting less for bluff at the same time.
