Can I ever fold here? I've been thinking about how i play KK and AA with low blinds. I've figured if i get pushed in preflop with AA i will always push but is there ever a spot where i can fold KK preflop expecting AA, such as when two players go all in before me? Perhaps this doesn't even need considering as it's always a plus +ev move with AA and KK perhaps unless facing a reg who i know to play very tight ?.
