He is kind of maniac, 3bets each hand with each crap, and is weak postflop (cbets once and gives up, or folds to raise, also noticed that each time he hits, he plays passive). So with this note I was not sure weather to flat 88 OOP, because it is vulnerable? Also I expect to have a lot of FE, and if he calls with broadway cards I am ahead.
