Noticed yesterday that winnings are being registered incorrectly for some of these SNGs.
Some mistakes:
$11.22 sats to Big $33 = $27.50 winnings, should be $33
$6 sat to Bigger $16.50 = $14.00 winnings, should be $16.50
$3.75 sats to $11s = $9.20 winnings, should be $11
$3.75 to Sunday Storm is awarding money back for finishing 3rd (should be 8c)
There is a bunch more of them but these are probably effecting your winnings the most

This depends on the HM1 version you are using. I think in 1.12.10b some are wrong, some are fixed in the 1.12.11 and 1.13.01 betas, but in the latest 1.13.01 betas summary import is not working and EV is broken.
Which version are you using?

And please make sure to import the additional summaries:

For older tourneys you have to request the summaries (in english!) manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+
I've changed the previous ones manually so it's all good. Hopefully after running the update the rest will be OK.

Done the above and worse off than before.
It only registers tournaments where I didn't finish ITM or in the top three!
No winnings attached or nothing! Doesn't even complete the tournaments either.
I guess the later HM1 betas will not work either.
So the only solution is go back to 1.12.10b and edit the missing results manually or update to HM2
