You clearly have mindset issues, I think you should put in a good amount of time studying and improving your mindset + game.

These threads are a waste of time, what do you achieve from them?

Agree, it's time to either take a break from playing - just for a day or two. Relax your mind and do something else for a day or two

Self exclude yourself for 24 hours and save your bankroll from possible tilit etc.

You got your money in as an 4:1 (80%) favorite, so I'd say you should be happy with your play!

It may be tough, but you should be happy you got your stack in good, and just move on to the next tournament. Of course it sucks you lose this time, but you're going to lose 20% of the time. That's just the way the game works, unfortunate as it may be.

I'm pretty sure everybody has had a period in their career (likely the beginning) where they would rage every time their AA would lose to whatever hand

Just try not to get mad, be happy you got your money in good, and move on to the next tournament. Something that may help getting your mindset trouble sorted out is taking a look at the productivity guide, as well as watching videos on poker psychology and following the mindset coaching.
