Snap shove with A7o on BU with 9bbs and all those antes in the middle.

Try not to be results oriented. Know that this is a ++EV move, and know that when you get called you are nearly always going to be behind. Most of the time you get folds tho! And when you do get called you still have ok equity.

To make this a +chipEV move you are shoving 82%, 32s and 53o.

thanks I find it hard to know when to stop stealing and tighten up and when to steal with anything that's +ev. I got folds a few times with steals within the last 10 hands. Could i wait here for a better hand even though it's +ev ?

I am not waiting for a better hand when you are looking at a medium ace on the BU with 9bbs.

If I have shoved a lot recently I will start to fold the bottom of my stealing range because eventually people do start to make spite calls, but generally I keep the pressure high because players are usually v v slow to adapt, and they don't even adapt in the correct ways usually.

Sometimes you can avoid making a +EV play if it's only very marginally +EV, just so you can make more +EV plays later on.

But in this case, I agree, definitely just get it in

Against most players q7o+ is a shove here -> so basically 50% of your range! Even nashrange is super wide here and against most players you can shove even loser!
