TT as 3betor OOP

Think about what hands you're going to 3-bet a UTG raise with from the BB

I'd say, with the possible exception of 99, you are at the absolute bottom of your range with TT unimproved

That would mean that your options are:

1) Bet as a bluff and fold
2) Check and Fold

I don't really think this is a great spot to bluff x/r as I wouldn't be looking to x/r much on this river and a passive/normal TAG is not going to be bet/folding this river much

You're targetting J's but I'm not sure as part of a decent range he should be folding J's here

1) There is 1 combo of JTs, all other J combos in his range are either 2-pair or AJ which I don't think we can expect him to fold
2) He's going to have worse hands than J's in his range anyway, A-High (esp if if picked up a FD on the turn or had a gutter), A8s, 99, TT and he may even be hyper stubborn and got here with a slightly lower PP.

If TT is the worst hand in your range, you just have to bluff it otherwise your river betting range is 100% value and he can fold way more than necessary to exploit you.

You're right, x/c is awful on this river with TT although you may do it with a hand like AJs. Ranges are so narrow here that we're literally talking 1 pip in value value for changing our line completely.
