Hi.

Flop: How strong is our Top pair here? How is it faring vs a calling range from both players, given the 3way dynamic? Should we even bet here? How many streets of value can we get at most?

Turn: How does the turn change anything? We now have trips, and it's less likely that villain has trips himself. But how often is he going to have a worse hand which can call our check/raise? Do you think he somehow shows up with 89 or KQ or KT and bets the Turn AND calls a raise with those hands?

In short, I think you overplayed the hand. You might want to spend more time thinking in terms of relative hand strength, and what you are trying to achieve with each action, as opposed to just betting blindly, and thinking purely in terms of absolute hand strength.
