You can use snipping tool if you have windows 7.
Otherwise there are many free software to do it like:

dunno about hm2, im using pt4, but shouldnt it have some "export graph" to png/jpg file option?
there is build in feature in hem2 when u rightclick on graph u can save it as pic for tournaments. for CG there is save graph option on left bottom corner.

For stats as explained just use the snipping tool.
