Hi.

Preflop: I think you can consider back-raising all-in, especially if this guy has a high fold to 4bet. His 3b range for squeezing here should be ~10% in my opinion and that's sufficient for us to shove 99 here.

Calling is also fine but postflop play is not so easy.

Flop: His Flop cbet is 43%? you should be folding on the Flop then. I think his range is stronger when he cbets here.

in 3 bet pot, his flop CB 67 turn 0

your sample size is insignificant for cbet in 3b pots (it's probably 2 out of 3 times or 4 out of 6 time at the very most) so I would suggest you use the overall cbet % instead.
