I 3-bet the turn because he be on a flush draw. How do you play after his cap? On the river the flush completes, should I fold?

I can't fold this for 1 more bet :(

He can be on 2-pair too - i know it's not often the case but let's hope


He is a TAG so the call flop, raise turn line is for value most of the time. However you beat most of his hands so the 3-bet is good!
Folding is no option even if you are often behind but the pot is to big now.
