Everything looks fine to me. You really obviously can't 4 bet preflop 200 bets deep and out of position.

Obviously we can't fold top set in a 3 way pot and I like the flop call so that CO overcalls. We need the 3rd player in the hand if someone does have QJ to give us correct odds to hit a boat. CO might well have KK so it's best to let him overplay his hand.

Obviously we might also be able to bluff diamonds if it hits and get someone off a straight (and even if they do call we still can hit the boat on the river). The way you played the hand looks a lot like a nut flush draw so you might well have some success with this.

Soon as SB checks the turn you have to bomb it now. CO would have reshoved the flop with QJ, though it's possible he might wait for a blank turn card. SB definitely doesn't have the nuts as this is an instant shove on the turn as well, so AA must be good and the stack to pot ratio is 1 so all you can do now is stick it in with very often the best hand.
