Hello guys, I was a bit confused with this hand. When the flushdraw hits, I cbet (should I cbet when flushes hit?). He minraises but I couldn't fold my overpair. He went all-in on the river but I only had 1/6th of the pot left so I thought this gave me good odds in case he sometimes bluffs

Firstly he appears to be a fish to me. We have only one hand on him and he called that hand and did not raise and now he limp and call a 3bet utg and I think that's weak, possibly Broadway and connected hands like 89 9T sometimes suited hands

Flop - definitely bet for value in 3betpot and I might bet bigger considering we have a fish and board is wet.

Turn - never folding to a raise here. I don't think he has flushes so often in a 3betpot. More likely he has some sort of pair plus draw or drawing or made hand which we beat so I think we can raise over and get it in for value on the turn.
