I think this is a very good board to cbet for him. I excluded some Ax combos from his cbetting range which he doesnt have a FD with. With the BDFD I think its an easy call.

Turn is a great card. You still have SD-value + nutFD+1 OC+gutter. He bets really small and gives you good odds. No merrit in raising. Given his Turn and River barreling freq. are low, I would be temted to just muck the River.

I think the Flop call is pretty standard. Despite villain having such a low F cbet of 50%, I think his cbet frequency is surely going to be 80-100% on this particular board texture.

So Scoob101's calculations are probably correct and you can see that we have 40-45% equity here at the very least and this would be an easy call.
