Should hero have raised? What worse hands would have called such raise? Any better hand would have forced hero all-in.

There are only three better hands.

Straights and flushes could call a raise, but it is unlikely (NL25 they would, probably).

With a full, you want to be all-in, if he has a better one or quads, you're paying him off once every thousands hands or so.

That huge overbet was surprising. I would have said that King high flush or eventually Ace high flush. With fullhouse or better (or even with Ace high flush), villain would have made a regular value bet, since such bet can be called with Ace high flush.

But if hero had raised, he would have been called only with fullhouse or better (23, 26 and 28 are unlikely) while these hands would have re-raised a hero.

Maybe, Ace high flush would have called a raise of hero, but I think here would have been raised after flop with Ace high flush draw.
