i made 48 strategy points last week from fulltilt, that's 24$ rake ,,, but received 2.67$ and an email telling me this, this is the rakeback correct? and why so small , isn't it 27% rakeback??

Did you play any freerolls and got into money, bought sth. from shop or got some first deposit bonus maybe? That would explain lower rake back.

As slikec already said you get the 27% from your netrake so you have to deduct your bonus money from your MGR first.
