Turn I think c/c is the best option because I want to protect the weakest part of my range that he might try to bluff river. River I was gonna call because he doesn't have a Q almost ever since he beted twice (although I look a lot like a queen which may prevent him from bluff me)

Hey,

The problem with the river is that now you play QQ as the second pair and 8 kicker.. I would personally fold to the 3rd barrel in this case. You also have some Qx hands so I don't think you get a bluff too often, more likely a depolarised betting range so you need to beat some of his value bets..
