I believe it's advised to have 100 BI for DON, but from the online coaching - I heard you can get by on 75 if you're willing to drop a limit if you lose a lot.
So, for your BR, I'd say $3.50s, be prepared to drop down to $1.50s if you drop to $100 though.
You should probably deposit on a skin with special DoN races. Think william hill and titan do them often.

I been trying to call support on titanpoker and every single time same thing phone hangs up when connecting to support

They have live support on the client, should be very easy to get hold of them
