UTG+1 mucked and WON 670 (+370 NET)

I can't stand this play, I've seen medium pockets do it quite often but I just don't see the logic. Calling the 3bet here based on chennys 15% of stack calculation from my AK thread a while ago, all ok?

I'm just not sure about the 15% rule anymore :(, I'll forward this to Unam. He had a creative way of playing AKo in these really bad situations, but I'll let him describe it.

There are some ways to play these Situations, but they all are very read depending on reads.
IMHO you made the best play against unknown players.

personaly dont like it , calling AK you going to hit that flop 1 in 3 and so much better to see 5 cards with AK and would prefer to push to the reraise

the UTG wont flat call perflop with big pair , and could have mid pair or Aj+ and the other thing is if you hit the flop are you going to get paid

#2, except, I would fold, wouldnt put aj so deep in his range.

Hmmm. I would hate to see him have QQ+ here. If he's making the trap by limping in the first place then surely he's not going to 3bet? The flop push again just looks like a medium pocket; scared of the overcard but isn't folding. Just the feeling I get with these kind of plays.

was thinking maybe he could do it with As but not Ks/Qs but think its more likley he go 9s/10s/Js

know lot of them slow play As on these turbo sng but in normal cash / tourney situation got to be prepared to put them down at some time as you are just asking someone to run into a monster
