I think that he could overplay AQ, bcause im leveraging the bet in river.

Preflop and flop are good.
The turn is a bet/call here in my opinion.
I doubt he has much 6x in his range, but he is likely to have many Ax and he might just ship them here, also quite a lot of draws.
I don't like checking back the turn just because we want to take value from our hand here and to put the money in on the river.
