Hero bets $0.80, BTN calls $0.80

Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($3.10) K (2 players)

Results:

Spoiler

$3.10 pot ($0.14 rake)
Final Board: 2 Q Q 6 K
BTN mucked and won $2.96 ($1.46 net)
Hero mucked 2 A and lost (-$1.50 net)

I just had 11 hands on him (70/50), he might be a fish, or a reg, i dont know.

Preflop, flop is standard i guess. But what can he bet on this river? He might have a K, but apart from that, he cant really vbet anything else here. Should i bluffcatch?

Hey Absolutism,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: The problem here is that he can/may bluff with a better hand (ex: 33 that calls the flop). But I do agree that overall he doesn't rep much and if he wanted to bluff he'd usually do it on the turn.

So I would not bluffcatch.

Apart from not check/calling the river, did i played it fine?

I mean, the flop cbet is ok? Or should i check/call here instead?

Turn: when played like this (cbet flop), should i check/call here (cause he would check back weak showdown value, and bet bluffs/nuts), or I should check/fold all the way?
