Villain is 36/22/9 over 200 hands... I think his turn craise can't be a draw, and must be a made very strong hand, so i opted for this line. I'm wondering if anyone thinks that jamming ott would be better?

EDIT: should i just jam, in case he has like the same hand as i + K high fd or sth? Am i over +ev playin myself here?

BB has to have a made hand, there are no draws on the flop. I really would suspect a set being slowplayed and I might well check this turn card back. (firstly because villain will bluff when the draw hits the river as most players typically bet again with straight wrap and/or flush draw on the turn).

Well i didn't check back, as even if villain has AAxx, i still have around 43% with my hand.

Do you like the turn call as played?

I'd be inclined to check back turn as well. We have a ton of equity but at the moment we just have weak tp (more or less trash vs his turn continuing range) so I'd like to use my position to get to the river and realise more of my equity before deciding how big a pot to play.

Not that I think barreling is bad per se...

As played, I'd just ship over his check raise because i don't want to fold top pair on riv getting 6:1.

Equity is the only thing that matters in PLO. So having a "ton of equity" is not a reason to check. The best hand is the one that wins the most at showdown after all.

In this case I like a check because we have isolated ourselves against made hands and a lot of those made hands will be sets or top 2 pair. Instead of flipping I prefer using position to our advantage and seeing the river.

Yeah, probably badly phrased on my part. Didn't mean to imply that having lots of equity was a reason to check :)
