Hi,

River is quite thin actually because of how many draws get there. It's a very thin shove and if his WTSD is anything close to that in the long run, you probably cannot get value on the river.

so river is check/fold? or check/call? if so,how much I can call?

Check/fold against any standard size. He won't vbet worse than AQ almost ever and his range contains way too many hands better than AQ that definitely vbet the river.
