Kinda close, against a 2p+ value range we have only 31,5%, and we get ~32% pot odds. I think its okay, since he is unknown, and sometimes can show up with a busted draw, or an overplayed Ax.

I think our 2 pair is also somewhat under-represented so villain will vbet sometimes thinner than 2pair+ but also try to bluff us since we look weaker than we actually are.
