well without reads its a bit close. of course you will sometimes see a raise from a worse PP, a bluff or a flushdraw. but usually I think its close without reads.
if you have a (loose)aggressive opponent you could think of a call more often.
you need at least about 25% equity for a profitable call. (pot odds about 3:1 for your all-in)
against an ace we usually have about 9-11% equity. against lower pairs we have 92%, against flushdraws we have at least 52% (against KQ in clubs which is the best FD here) and against worse FDs we have about 60-70% equity.
the more often you see FDs, lower pairs in his range the more often you can call. but there's no general answer for this hand without reads. Maybe just cbet 1.30-1.40$ and folding to a raise is the safe line without reads.
