notes:
cbet 2/3 Qxxfd and checks till sd w K high IP
cbet 1/2 AKxfd w AT vs fish, cbet 2/3 turn, cbh K river
steal in SB, cbet 1/2 Qxxfd, fold to raise
steal in SB, cbet TJxfd 2/3, check till sd sd w 45s - no draw
cbet 1/2 IP AA2 w Q high, check low cards till sd

Preflop I should have just called, I have heard that being deep 3betin OOP is bad even w AK, only 3bet the nuts like KK+, because they can call and outplay IP with weaker hand.

Also this player as notes and stats show - cbets flop and gives up on later streets, so would be easy to play if I flat.

On the other hand - he cbets post flop good amount of time. So I can take it down often by cbet.

On turn I did not cbet because I think I just donate money. Once he called floip, its strong and also there are many 2pairs and straigt.

Once I checked, I thougth I need to call once and reevaluate. Also I still have weak GS. And he is agro on turn, maybe bluffs with pair+draw.

River never is a bluff I think.

Hi.

Preflop: He opens 12-13% from MP -> Easy call here. 3betting isolates you against stronger hands.

As played,

Flop: Bet here, we can fold out TT-22.

Turn: Our options are between bet/fold and check/call and check/fold. I honestly don't see how we can bet for value here

http://www.pokerstrategy.com
Board: Qc4sJdKd
Equity Win Tie
MP2 39.89% 30.44% 9.45% { AsKh }
MP3 60.11% 50.66% 9.45% { QQ-JJ, 44, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, T9s, AQo+ }

So our options are to c/f or c/c. C/F feels pretty weak though I don't think we are really faring well vs a Turn betting range. I think c/c once and c/f river seems reasonable.

Thanks.

I think the reason is not necesarily 12% open, but main thing how much he folds to 3bet what he opens. In 12% there are still many hands which I beat.

Avg f3bet is 67, which is high, so might be that he respects 3bets, so for that reason I would agree that I isolate myself.

Of course the avg f3bet might be very inaccurate because most of the stats are from steals I think.
