i have no idea how this situation came about... but in-game, though, what actually happened was that hero "happily snapped" (no particular reason given) and ran into KTo.

Banking on this being a NL2 mad man, I think we call.
The interest for me here is if you valued the 8 on the flop and only called his bet youre already thinking ' I might be behind and need to improve'? If you then improve to a monster draw HU and go along for the whole ride why would you not call when you think the journeys took you exactly where you hoped it would?
