BB: $9.35
UTG: $27.65
Kruppe (CO): $26.65
BTN: $21.15
SB: $27.65

Pre-Flop: K♦ K♥ dealt to Kruppe (CO)
UTG folds, Kruppe raises to $1, BTN folds, SB calls $0.90, BB folds

Flop: ($2.25) 7♦ 6♥ 4♥ (2 Players)
SB bets $2.25, Kruppe calls $2.25

Turn: ($6.75) 7♦ 6♥ 4♥ [ 5♥ ] (2 Players)
SB bets $6.75, Kruppe folds

I think I should just raise the flop here, as he can't often have a strong hand, and may have a draw.

I would re-raise him on the flop to $7.25 and if re-raised then fold. Then on turn, depending on the bet size I would either call if I had good pot odds or fold.

When player leads pot then he wants to get all-in. So re-raising/fold is the worst option that you can do. I like calling flop, since I might be ahead, but also be way behind. Turn is close, but probably you can fold. Since if you hit yo flush, he´ll gonna play c/f a lot of hands.
