SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♦ Q♠

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, CO calls 6 BB

Flop: (18.5 BB, 2 players) T♦ 8♥ 7♦
Hero bets 12.5 BB, CO calls 12.5 BB

Turn: (43.5 BB, 2 players) A♥
Hero checks, CO bets 21 BB, fold

CO wins 42 BB

I was surprised he called the flop on that board. When the Ace hit I just thought it likely he had an A so I checked hoping he'd check. When he bet... I wasn't sure what to do with the flush draws out there as well so I folded.

Would betting the turn be better?

Hi Edukator,

Preflop: I would 3-bet larger OOP. At least 10 BB.

Postflop: I would prefer bet/folding the turn. We still have the best hand there often (versus 99, JJ and some Tx/draws)
